What does management actually cover?+
Everything between guests: listing across channels, smart pricing, guest messaging, check-in and out, cleaning, linens, restocking, maintenance, and a clear monthly statement. If something breaks, we fix it.
How do your fees work?+
We take a percentage of the revenue we generate, so we only earn when you do. Exact terms depend on the home and the services you want — we'll spell it out plainly in your proposal.
Is the rental analysis really free?+
Yes. Share your home's location and basics and we'll send a realistic nightly rate, occupancy, and yearly income estimate — with no obligation to go further.
Can you design and refurbish before managing?+
That's our favourite kind of project. We can take a place from concept and renovation through furnishing and styling, then list and run it — all under one roof.
How do guests pay?+
Book directly with us by bank transfer or PayPal, or reserve through our Airbnb listings. Booking direct usually gets you the best rate.
